- Process and manage online orders, including order placement, payment processing, and tracking shipments for accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to address order fulfillment issues, such as product availability and shipping delays.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by engaging customers and promoting related products.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and resolving complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
