Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Function Manager for a world famous wine estate in the Franschoek Valley. We are looking for someone who is driven and motivated and its a must to enjoy what you do!
To be considered you must:
- Experience in an administrative position of a 5 star establishment or similar
- Experience co-ordinating functions, conferences, weddings or similar essential
- Experience in Sales & Marketing
- MUST SPEAK FLUENT AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH
- A professional and charming telephone manner
- Ability to deal with guest’s requests, queries and complaints
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Organised, level headed and able to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail essential
- Operational background beneficial
- Accounts background beneficial
- Knowledge of Opera would be beneficial
- Must be hard working, motivated and dedicated
- Must be a team player
- Well groomed, friendly and presentable
- Own transport
