Furniture Sales Consultant (Retail) (Homego Furniture)
Johannesburg, Bruma
Basic Salary : R4000 plus Commission
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after-sales service.
- Assisting clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, and accessories, and identifying and meeting a customer's needs.
- Maximize sales opportunities by following up with existing customers.
- Act as a single point of contact for customer questions, stock enquiries and efficient product tracking for delivery.
- Sales related administration
- Assisting in keeping the showroom neat and tidy
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum education level: Matric.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Furniture retail especially Showroom.
- Good retail skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
- Previous background of in a customer facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous.
- Positive enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Take responsibility for their work.
