Requirement:
Monitor, investigate and ensure payments are made by customers in order to control overdue accounts.
- Follow up with customers on unpaid Invoices
- Compile debtor recons to identify discrepancies in payments.
- Maintain and monitor Overdue Report and resolve within 30 days
- Monitor all queries and action
- Post journal entries on SAP (payments)
- Sending out statements to customers monthly
- Weekly internal meetings with various departments to resolve queries
- Processing of Financial Debit and Credit notes to relevant accounts on SAP
- Daily vs Monthly reporting on over-dues to debtor’s manager
- Processing of New Accounts on SAP
- Resolve any issues with claims by sourcing and providing relevant information to the parties involved in a timely manner.
- Maintain and monitor the debtors age analysis export account and AR sales
- Ensure Debtor accounts are accurate and up to date
- Processing of New Accounts on SAP
- Compile and analysis collection forecast
- Load in-contract billings on sales policy
- Ensure timeous collections in line with customer Trading Term
