We don’t aim to have the most sales seats; we only look for the best people for our business and have limited positions available for Broker Sales Consultants who are serious about their future either as a sales Top Gun or about opening the door to a real career in financial services. Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Provide product/service information and explain benefits.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Follow predefined sales scripts and procedures.
Overcome objections and handle customer rejections professionally.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team and share insights.
Achieve quality and compliance standards in sales practices.
Meet call volume and productivity metrics effectively.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
Maintain professional demeanour and positive attitude.
6 Months experience in an outbound call centre sales environment.
Must have a fluent neutral accent, be very articulate in English and have a bubbly personality.
Must be energetic, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate.
Matric
Clear criminal record
Excellent customer service mentality and excellent communication skills.
Displaying empathy and able to naturally align with the company values.
Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude.
Mature in thinking, goal driven, serious about being one of the best.
