- Telemarketing / Telesales
- Upselling to existing database
- Maintain a standard lead to sale ratio as specified
- Understand and communicate product benefits effectively
- Listen to objections and handle them effectively
- Keeping track of sales with accurate capture of data as specified
- Enter details of every interaction in the system
- Meeting target call time/sales/referrals on a daily basis
- Relaying inbound calls to the direct department

- Matric (Essential)
- RE 5 (Advantageous)
- 120 Fais (Advantageous)
- Previous call center experience
- Previous sales experience
- Basic/Intermediary computer skills (Excel, word & Outlook)
- Telephone etiquette
