PROPERTY ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR


 

Job Advert Summary

To establish and maintain effective support services for the property management functions, primarily the administration of the Agreement of Lease. To create and manage all contracts. To take responsibility for data integrity (building and tenant). To create and maintain control schedules for insurance claims and reports, assistance in take-back and take-on inspections, schedules for the services of Generators, Booster Pumps, Fire Equipment, Sprinklers, Transformers / Switchgear, HT/LT, Infra-red inspections, Roofs / Gutters, OHS Act, Electric Fencing, Air-Conditioning and Roller Shutter Doors

Minimum Requirements

Experience / Education:

Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. 2 years relevant experience, directly interfacing with clients and providing general administrative support services. A secretarial or PRO diploma would be a recommendation.


Skills required:


Typing, computer literacy (advanced MS Office, Nicor, MDA, contract creation & SAP system), , telephone skills, admin skills, communication skills and organizational skills.


Knowledge required:
JHI systems and procedures; general business acumen, contract management and collections, Company policies and procedures.


Competencies required:
Essential: communication, customer and quality focus, methodical, tolerance for stress, initiative, self confidence. Recommended: impact and influence, teamwork and co-operation, accuracy, problem solving, systematic

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist together with the team on Parking Audits and file centrally once completed.

To follow up on quotations from Contractors.
Preparing flysheets for signature

To maintain long term tenant and property manager relationships.
