Our client, a leading BPO is recruiting for customer services agents to manage international customer queries - billing, rate plan queries, technical support and troubleshooting, retentions and upselling.
Requirements
6 Months Call Centre Customer Services Experience in a BPO or,
12 months Call Centre Customer Services Experience in a local Call Centre or,
12 months retail in the telecommunications space.
Matric
Clear Criminal Record
Ability to work shifts from 5pm to 4am Mon - Sun
