Office Administrator

The Office Administrator is responsible for office management; office maintenance, office procurement activities, supporting event planning and any adhoc activities as directed by the Head of Finance and Business Support.

You will be part of the Coloplast South Africa Team and report to the Head of Finance and Business Support.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Answers and directs phone calls.
Responsible for stationery ordering and stock management thereof.
Responsible for ordering and stock management of office groceries.
Responsible for courier of samples, assets or other marketing material to employees across the country
Arrange catering for office meetings when required.
Maintain register of all supplier contracts.
Management of Office maintenance planning with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Assist in the management of Office cleaning provider.
Management of key office related suppliers, including but not limited to, Printers, Courier, Maintenance Contractors, IT Service providers and Security.
Assist with filling and administrative activities.
Assigning of access cards and parking to new employees.
Assisting with large meeting within the office to ensure non-office staff have parking.
Assisting with Clinic bookings for the nurses .
Ensuring that the office employees and any visitors are aware of the office etiquette guidelines and adhere to said in order to maintain a professional environment within the office.

Adhoc

Support Country Manager, BSM and Head of Marketing activities.
Support event planning.
Assist with travel arrangements.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for an experienced, analytical consumer support specialist with a proven track record in delivering effective client retention and maintenance services.

Tertiary qualification in Office administration / Business.
MS office
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
