A High End retailer is looking for a Retail PA and Administrator to join their team.
Duties:
Personal Assistant to Head of Retail
Acting as an intermediary and point of contact for the Head of Retail
Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
Managing the Head of Retails mailbox.
Interacting with all the Retail Managers
Managing the diary and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Making travel arrangements.
Producing reports, presentations, and briefs for the Head of Retail
Assisting with personal errands and other activities for the Head of Retail
Operations
Assist with the execution of daily and monthly reports for the Head of RETAIL and CFO
Manage and complete special projects related to retail
Coordinate Payroll with targets/commissions – company
Ensuring that employees observe company protocols. Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Work with HR to implement an appropriate staff structure in your stores, to secure operations can be handled with quality and efficiency
Ensure all Store Managers receive the appropriate level of training, be aware of talents in the area and enhance succession planning
System management
Campaigns
Assist the marketing teams with processes that impact the retail team regarding campaigns
Review VM instructions (Operational/Compliance and review purposes)
Review the offer/sale/markdown sheets to ensure information is in line with the business
Prepare Campaign information for the Head of Retail
Customer Service
Assist the retail teams in-store and at head office with any escalation of customer queries and/or calling customers on escalated queries
IT
Assist stores with escalations of call logs that affect the day-to-day functions of the store
System support
Assist IT with any ad hoc information that need to be communicated to and from stores
Communication
Communicate important information that impacts the business, in-store processes and head office and ensure that all relevant parties are informed
Requirements:
Drivers License and Own Vehicle
Matric
National Diploma in Retail Management
Store process and other process improvement and implementation
Retail Project Management
Dealing with IR matters
Workforce scheduling
Health and Safety at store level
Compliance audits
