The Manager Technology must lead the technology Business Unit, effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence. The ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required. Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues a must.
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with sales, marketing, project management and technical teams on prospective customer accounts to efficiently and effectively develop, and quote on enterprise level IT systems and solutions.
The successful candidate will be required to learn the company product offering prior to joining, demonstrated by his/her aptitude and acquaint himself/herself with procedures and policies to be followed.
On a full time bases, be responsible for managing the below departments:
Business solutions
Cloud/Systems integration
Datacenter and Network engineering
Development
Security
- The Manager Technology is responsible for managing and providing third-party IT Support Services to our external Clients and managing our internal team of IT Technicians and Infrastructure staff.
- This individual will serve as the link between our Team and our Clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT Support Services and maintaining Client satisfaction.
- The Manager Technology may be required to be on-call outside of normal business hours to handle urgent issues or emergencies.
- This role primarily involves office-based work but may also require visits to Client sites.
- Maintain and build solid relationships with our clients to understand their IT infrastructure, systems, and needs.
- Ensure that our services meet the requirements of our clients and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Regularly review Client feedback and implement improvements to our services.
- Train and mentor IT Technicians, and Infrastructure staff as and when required.
- Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end.
- Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.
- Coordinate with the COO, IT Project Manager, Sales Director, BDM Manager and other stakeholders in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors, outsources, and consultants.
- Provide regular updates on service delivery and Client satisfaction.

Salary: R50,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month
