A well-established Tourism company is looking for a junior HR Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:
- Responsible for filing and updating employee files and online filing system
- Updating information on excel spreadsheets and reports
- Monitoring time and attendance on biometric system and updating records
- Assist with payroll administration
- Assist the HR team with various tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years HR experience
- HR qualification advantageous
- Computer literate
- Intermediate excel experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good writing and typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Work as a team
- Payroll system experience advantageous
- Biometric system experience advantageous
- Reliable transport
