HR Assistant


 

A well-established Tourism company is looking for a junior HR Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

  • Responsible for filing and updating employee files and online filing system
  • Updating information on excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Monitoring time and attendance on biometric system and updating records
  • Assist with payroll administration
  • Assist the HR team with various tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years HR experience
  • HR qualification advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • Intermediate excel experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good writing and typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Work as a team
  • Payroll system experience advantageous
  • Biometric system experience advantageous
  • Reliable transport
