Reputable organization, with a small team in Newton Park/Cape Road area are seeking a unique individual to complement their team.
The following qualities/abilities are essential:
  • Exceptionally strong accuracy and attention to detail as checking and verifying of high-volume documentation is required and any errors will be costly to the organization
  • Strong researching skills and ability to source information and curiosity to investigate discrepancies essential (individual needs to have the ability to “think” coupled with any enquiring mind)
  • Exceptionally good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer centric
  • Good organizational skills and pro-active manner with “can-do” attitude. Must have a high energy level.
  • Will need to follow up daily with staff members and customers, hence the ability to be confident and professionally assertive essential
  • Must be able to do repetitive work, dealing with high volumes, hence not get bored easily
  • Manage the filing system (high volume)
  • Tracking and monitoring of customer requirements and keeping in regular contact
  • Tele-sales
  • Stability (no job hoppers) and reliability are essential to this role
  • Handle Managers work and life requirements i.e. appointments/maintenance on properties/licenses etc
  • An individual who needs to be micromanaged / high maintenance will not be suitable.
