This exciting opportunity is available at Risk Services, which requires the successful individual who has the necessary skills and competencies to execute on the administration of the risk surveying function. The Survey Administrator is tasked with managing the end-to-end administration function of the risk surveying team and delivering on critical reporting requirements as well as daily functional support.

We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Survey Administrator to join our Risk Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the incoming work pools, allocating and booking surveys, and ensuring adherence to the National Survey Policy. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end survey function, handling queries from internal and external stakeholders, compiling reports, and supporting the Head Surveyor and the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing travel and accommodation bookings.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the incoming work pools efficiently to ensure timely allocation and booking of surveys.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the National Survey Policy and ensure its implementation across survey processes.
Execute the end-to-end survey function, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of surveys.
Address queries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly.
Compile accurate reports for the survey team and governance functions, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Assist in reporting budget deviations to the Head Surveyors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Provide ad-hoc support to the Head Surveyor and their regional teams, assisting with various tasks as needed.
Take responsibility for managing travel and accommodation bookings related to survey activities.

Matric (essential)
Effective MS Office usability (Specifically Excel)
