Key Performance Areas
- 3 Ring Policy calls on a daily basis.
- Attend to Guests at reception
- Prepare Reports
- Receipting
- Attend to Guests’ queries
- Liaise with Customer Support Centre

Minimum Requirements
- Organised, ability to prioritise and to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Mature, well presented and well spoken.
- Must be able to work well within a team and independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Accurate and figure orientated.
- Excellent standard of Telephone Etiquette.
- Confidentiality.
- Honest and Reliable.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry in front office / reception
- Experience with banking administration
- Fluent in English, Zulu and Afrikaans will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Must have Matric
- Opera and Micros Experience will be an advantage
