Responsibilities
- Verify inter-coy debits & account allocations.
- Parked journals, accounted pre-paids & accruals.
- Allocat misc and bank items.
- Checks the time sheets and verifies variances.
- Submission of payroll items.
- Maintainance of personnel administration including provident fund and general employee enquiries.
- Arrange travel, accomodation,venues & catering.
- Process claims, prepared presentations and prepare correspondence.

Qualifications
- Matric
- Eighteen months to two years relevant experience
