Inviting applications for the role Risk & Compliance -Senior Manager- English
Responsibilities
- Operational risk compliance – Process controls, risk assessments, report out and management.
- Should have Knowledge of US Regulatory requirement (Reg Z, State Laws etc.)
- Contractual compliance – Ensuring MSA adherence.
- Information security and data privacy risk assessment
- Set governance rigor - Regular status update and review with Genpact leadership.
- Facilitating and leading internal & external audits
- Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory issues.
- Lead team of Risk & Compliance managers to achieve risk activities agreed for vertical.
