Restaurant GM to manage a clients upmarket deli, restaurant and kitchen.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant GM. It is an exciting & challenging position. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading & directing the team in order to meet sales, profit & compliance targets and strict hygiene standards
- Ensuring the achievement of financial targets by driving sales & tracking daily, weekly & monthly targets
- Proactively taking appropriate action when required – been solutions driven
- To efficiently manage & control all operational activities, including customer experience, expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping & administration.
- To successfully manage in store execution of all visual merchandising, ensuring that in-store presentation & promotional standards are maintained and the appearance is in line with the brand image
- Must be VERY customer service driven
