Responsibilities:
1. Set up and troubleshoot networks, including Static IP addresses and shared folders.
2. Assemble mechanical and electronic systems based on drawings and parts.
3. Perform Windows setup and software installations.
4. Conduct faultfinding for mechanical, electronic, and software-related issues.
5. Assist clients with technical problems over the phone.
6. Provide remote IT assistance using tools like Anydesk.
7. Travel to clients' premises to diagnose and solve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Basic IT skills and a strong interest in technology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
- Willingness to provide your cellphone number to clients for communication purposes.
- Demonstrate utmost care in protecting client information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Travel to clients using Uber, Gautrain, or your own transport (own transport reimbursed at AA tariffs).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R6,750.00 per month
