Purpose of the Job
To provide academic leadership across a range of facilitator led and self learning training programmes. The ideal candidate must be suitably experienced and qualified.
The suitably qualified individual will be responsible to facilitate the N4-N6 Business management and/or N4-N6 Public Management.
Core Functions
· To facilitate face to face and self learning lectures
· Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops
· Provide students one on one academic consultation support
· Manage all matters relating to learning, teaching and assessments
· Prepare, research and develop teaching material/Class test/Assignments, including online resources for training sessions
· Set and mark tests, assignments, projects, and examinations timeously and provide feedback
· Comply with DHET marking guidelines and examination protocols.
· Undertake programme and quality management administrative tasks
· Consult with other academics and professionals, supervise students and be an active member of the Training Centre to enhance and improve the overall student experience.
Qualifications Required
Suitably qualified with minimum 3 years experience lecturing Business Management or Public Management

Salary: From R7,000.00 per month
