Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science.

5+ Years experience as a Test analyst/Sr. Test analyst, Test manager.
Test lead/manager experience should span across implementation lifecycle including effort planning, test strategy, test preparation, execution, Reporting and closure of projects.
Strong knowledge of and experience in management of different testing types of System, Integration, Performance, UAT and ORT, security, controls.
Expertise in test tools for test management, and working knowledge of test automation tools.
Strong understanding in release management process to coordinate with release management and Development teams
Should have experience of working a complex landscape and integrations of applications.

• Refine and align testing strategy with the project.
• Manage all test preparation including building the team, tracking all test readiness and entry criteria.
• Drive test planning including resources, timelines, ways of working, capacity planning.
• Develop test documentation standards, tools, templates.
• Execute all test and defect reporting.
• Manage preparation of test cases, scenarios, and data.
• Manage requirements traceability to user stories, and business process hierarchy.
• Manage translation of requirements, including functional and non-functional into test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the defect management process.
• Manage testing risks and issues.
• Develop key test deliverables including strategy, plan, summary reports.
• Identify and implement opportunities to make testing higher quality, more efficient, and more automated.
• Ensure quality of testing during unit test, integration, system integration, and user acceptance.
• Co-ordinate all testing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across project teams.
• Ability to plan and organize development work and deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks and issues to resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
• Travel requirements up to 100% depending on project need.
